Fulbright Foreign Student Program AY 2021-2022 Application Now Opens

The Philippine-American Educational Foundation (The Fulbright Commission in the Philippines) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2021-2022 Fulbright Foreign Student Program.

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is a scholarship opportunity for Filipinos to study at the graduate level (master’s or doctoral studies) or pursue non-degree doctoral dissertation research in the United States.

Grants under this Program for Filipinos are for a maximum of one (1) academic year for non-degree, one (1) to two (2) years for MA/MS/LLM, and two (2) years for doctoral degree studies. The grant provides for roundtrip international travel, monthly maintenance allowance, tuition and fees, book/supplies allowance, and health and accident insurance.
