Call to Action for Paglaum Hope-Bearers for
Mindanao Earthquake Victims

Recent earthquakes in the Davao and Cotabato regions not only damaged infrastructures and utilities, but also traumatized communities, inflicted deep psychological wounds, and multiplied the cost for psycho-social recovery and the long-term restoration and holistic integration of individuals and communities.

The CESB, in partnership with the Office of Civil Defense, the implementing arm of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (OCD-NDRRMC) calls on all Project Paglaum Graduates (Hope Bearers) (specially those from Mindanao) to do their share to: 

Heal,

Restore and

Rebuild Mindanao.

Enlist, mobilize, link forces, and be the hope and change needed to restore and rebuild lives and communities in afflicted areas in Mindanao.  For CES members, participation in this event is considered as official business pursuant to CESB Resolution Number 81.
